Quiero hacer mi comentario porque creo que es valido decir hoy fui a este lugar a realizar una devolución de paquetes y la maravillosa actitud del señor mayor que trabaja en la entrega de paquetes o ventanilla...tiene un Exelente y motivador servicio con sus sentido del humor , ojalá todos fuéramos como el seriamos una nación mucho mejor. Bendiciones para ese señor el cuál no se el nombre pero me imagino que sepan de quién hablo cuándo lean estas letras ...

Dropped off over 200 packages earlier in the week. They NEVER scan them despite handing them directly to the manager. They don’t scan them at the distribution center and now I have to refund thousands of dollars and can’t file a claim because no one felt like doing their job. Sick and tired of this and this isn’t the first time. Aren’t you required by law to scan everything before it leaves your office? What if I need to intercept a package? It won’t even let me because no one feels like scanning the package until it is “Out for Delivery” and then I can’t intercept it!
LEARN TO DO YOUR JOB PLEASE! You are hurting your community and local small businesses!

My mailman changed recently and it’s been very frustrating. My mail now arrives at 8:30 pm or not at all. A lot of my packages now get marked as delivered and that it was picked up at the post office, but actually arrive the next day or in two days. This is terrible because the post office workers may believe I did receive my mail when in reality I did not. Please train your staff to be honest and trustworthy. If this keeps happening I’ll have to try to get UPS or another carrier to deliver my mail because this is unacceptable.

I was given the phone number for this office. It rings a while then hangs up. No one answers. Why have call hours if you never answer.
There’s a problem with my package. They don’t deliver it, they keep marking it return to sender rather than consult the inquiry/I filed with the USPS to fix the issue.

TLDR: there’s an issue. Rather than take a step to fix it, they ignore it and keep messing up.

The attitude of every single person who works here is completely unacceptable and uncalled for. Especially the old hag who sits at the end and the fat bald man who yells at you to buy their $4 tape. Its appalling. I’ll travel further just to avoid these people.

I understand where some of the reviews are coming from but I've been going to this Post Office for years and I gotta say, it's been really difficult on these employees since COVID. I've seen them understaffed before which is RIDICULOUS and it creates a lot of added pressure. I don't discredit the reviewers experiences though. There are at least three employees here that I think are really cool. I did encounter one rude employee trying to speed up the line by checking packages of those paying with card but he got checked quick by my grandmother lol haven't seen him in a while. Other than that- it's a post office. I imagine the work load is crazy considering this place gets pretty busy at random hours of the day. I know that when we had an issue with a lost package, they helped us find it quickly. And when my overnight package arrived late, they gave me a full refund.
