ScrubaDub Car Wash - Marlborough, Massachusetts

I’ve been a customer of the Marlborough ScrubaDub for several years now. Jeff the manager is always great to me, along with his team. Everyone is always very professional and takes quality care of their customers. The only critique I have for this location is the dryers, especially on the passenger side of the vehicle never gets rid of the water. Maybe an upgrade is needed for that!

I recently came in here for a car wash twice over the past few months or so. This place is very clean and very well run. The self serve area is stocked with plenty of vacuuming areas and the self serve car wash bays are very clean. The power wash hoses provide plenty of pressure to clean off your vehicle and there is lots and lots of soap. The drive through car wash is well staffed with a lot of young college guys that are very, very polite, professional, courteous, respectful and they all have a great attitude at all times. They also do an awesome job of "pre washing" your vehicle. They are good about getting the lower half of your vehicle as well as the front lower grill areas. The wash itself is done by a state of the art drive through car wash that does an excellent job of washing your entire vehicle. The "simonize" wax is truly remarkable as it makes your car look as though it was professionally hand waxed. The tires are treated with a special tire shine wash that makes your tires look like "mirrors". The only issue I have with this Scrub A Dub is that the dryers do not do a great job of completely drying off your vehicle. The dryers do a good job, but, there is a fair amount of room for improvement in that area. Perhaps ownership should invest in some dryers that have more power to dry off all of the vehicle, especially the front and rear bumper/fender areas. Every Scrub A Dub car wash I have ever been to has the same problem. Nevertheless, the Scrub A Dub car was in Marlborough, Massachusetts is an excellent car wash to take your vehicle to and I highly recommend it.

The prices were reasonable and the service was quick. I would definitely recommend this car wash to others looking for a convenient and reliable place to get their car cleaned. Came through ScrubaDub for the first time the other day and was very satisfied with my experience. I was met by Jack upon pulling up to the car wash and his pitch for the unlimited deal was very convincing. I would’ve taken it if I was in town for more than a week. Great first impression.

Santos informed me about the unlimited wash subscription. He made sure my car was shining cleaner than it ever has been. I had gone through a second time after driving through something on top of a manhole cover, that splattered on my car, and Pedro greeted me with a smile and made sure everything was set for the best wash available with my ne subscription. Santos and Pedro have a genuine personality that will only influence customers to visit this location more frequently. Keep up the good work and strive to have more attendants present themselves like these men.

Justin and Pedro at the ScrubaDub Marlboro are the top five stars being the face of the company, courteous, polite and above all with a smile on their faces. It's a good feeling to receive the old fashion way, good greetings, and do the Xtra mile to customers. I'm not the best customer for sure, but you no need to be a rocket scientist to understand a good welcome and a poor welcome.
Keep them under your wing, both of them are keepers! 5 stars!

Self serve bays do the job with good water pressure (I bring my own shampoo, bucket and wash mitt) and the prices are very good. Better than others around. Only downside is the bays do not have an air dryer, and so far as I see there is nowhere on premises to plug in your own blower.

So bring towels or a battery operated leaf blower / drier!

I was at scrubadub a couple days ago and let me tell you Santos is one of the most kind and genuine workers I’ve ever talked to. He was very patient and understanding with getting me on the track and explained the types of car washes very well. I will definitely come again
