The yoga class was excellent – great atmosphere, a friendly instructor, and a perfect balance between movement and relaxation. I felt relaxed and full of energy afterward. The experience is definitely worth it!

I participated one class, and it was really good, powerful but available for everyone. The teacher made good hand adjustments and there was a good concentration during the class. The whole staff was friendly, and I felt welcome. Grazie tante. 🙏

It was an amazing experience with Max! I've been practicing yoga for 12 years, but I've never had anything quite like this. This class will boost your energy, and you'll feel every muscle in your body come alive. The space is filled with light, and you can sense its energy the moment you step in. Max was like a maestro, guiding us through the experience with expertise and care. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back soon! Grazie mille, Max, per questa esperienza!

I dropped in for the Sunday afternoon Hatha Power class, and even though I didn't have a reservation (which I should have done), Max found a space for me and was very welcoming. The class was in Italian, and since I am a beginner learning Italian, I did not understand most of the instruction, however I was able to follow along for the most part. Max kept an eye on me and corrected me when I was making a mistake, and at one point he moved me to the back of the room so I could more easily follow those in front of me. It was a very good Hatha class, and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you, Max! I will return!

In Rome for 3 days and got to 2 Ego Yoga practises with Max and his yoga teachers.
Max communicated quickly and easily with me in English which was greatly appreciated since I have no Italian, except Google translate!
It was an experience practicing yoga without understanding what was being said, however Max added English pointers here and there to help me along and once I was in the flow it was not a problem. I would highly recommend Ego yoga and, a bonus it is located on an excellent local food and shopping street.
Keeping up the practice on holiday was great.

‏Ego Yoga is like an oasis in the middle of a busy city, very inviting, pleasant and clean place. Isabella the yoga teacher is a professional kind and a lovely soul, she is patient and pleasant, but without giving up on being professional, Isabella makes you fall in love with yoga. Max the owner of ego yoga, has a generous heart and he attentive to any questions or matter, last but not list they speak English, which is not usual in Rome. Highly recommended

Hands down the best yoga studio in Rome. All the instructors are masters of their craft. Various practices and levels offer something for everyone. A warm, welcoming energy is always present at Ego yoga, the best of its kind!
