Fui a comer en este lugar , y casi la comida me cae mal , pues el lugar todo cerrado con cristales donde traspasa la luz solar hacia dentro del salón , más el aire acondicionado al parecer no funciona bien , con mucho calor en el salon . Estuve sudando desde que entré , todo lleno de humo . Pregunté a alguien del equipo sobre esto , o si podía bajar más el aire , y la respuesta fue asi ( Esto aquí es asi siempre, mucho calor ; hasta el equipo sufre por estás condiciones inhumanas) . Pregunté por el manager , después unos minutos largos apareció, buscando justificar , que eso allí no era como la casa de uno , solo dió una disculpas , y respuesta vacía diciendo veremos . Por favor no vayan a comer a este lugar pues se ahogaran del calor, y su comida les caerá mal . Deberían cerrar este lugar ,hasta en tanto que tenga las condiciones , o no sentirte que estás en un lugar de tortura. Por mi parte haré la queja al departamento de atencion al consumidor .

Usualmente la comida de pollo tropical es buena pero en esta localidad es de pésima calidad, pedí una orden de aguacate adicional ( el precio adicional es $2.39) y traía dos slices , el pollo en el tropichop escasamente 5 o 6 pedacitos . La única amable fue la persona q tomó la orden. No recomiendo esta localidad un tropichop, un trío y unas yucas fritas, con la orden adicional de aguacate fueron $33 dólares

I didn't want to come here and write this but after today I feel this is the only way they will improve. In the last 6 months of me visiting this Pollo tropical twice a week in the drive through no one there understands English. Since the last 6 months of me going there twice a week I can tell you they did not give me everything I've order on 98% of the time and today finally someone spoke English but still missed items I ordered and paid for. When will they fix this issue ? I'm tired of not getting everything i order. It's like no one pays attention to what's being put in the bag according to what was ordered

It was fast, and Liz toke care of me and help me with my order since I’ve got confused and she helped me a lot diligently and with a big smile!!! And she didn’t make me feel bad. Great service!

I would first like to say that Christopher who took our order tonight was helpful and kind, the rest of the service however was terrible…

We spent over $70 on dinner for the family and we received no receipt and one of our drinks was were missing. After waiting for a ridiculous amount of time, we were informed that half of our order was given away to the incorrect vehicle. During this time it should be noted that all of the employees seemed to be disagreeing about what orders belonged to which vehicle and no one seemed to be on the same page at all. The part of the order that was given to us, was prepared incorrectly. After finally receiving our order an hour later, we realized our sauces were missing from the order, so we went back to get them from the window. The gentleman who we spoke to was very rude and gave us a lot of attitude when we attempted to get the sauces, which we had ordered PRIOR to receiving them.

While I understand that there are dinner rushes and mistakes can happen, it seems as if there was no leadership or organization amongst the staff.

Do we have -0 stars…? I don’t know why this place is still open… when the employees and manager get fired from work, don’t collect unemployed because this is something you deserve… I cannot understand, I cannot accept any excuse to keep selling burned chicken. Do they know this may cause health problems… I cannot understand, even worst, how corporate read all the reviews and don’t do nothing ?‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️. Is better order from Uber because at least, you get your money back.

Men rest room. was not clean and they took too long to clean it...even I finished my meal and waited...They still couldn't get it. Female restroom was nasty as well..no water fountain...the place.is.big..food.is good as always...

I expected more since it's closed to the gym...so I could go eat after workout.

Front staff was doing their job that day but not the clean staff.

This will be my first and only time with this location
